The oil is obtained exclusively from organic olives grown on our farm in Abruzzo, hand-picked and cold-pressed using mechanical processes. Our oil has a delicate flavor and a fruity aroma; it's excellent in cooking or as a cold salad dressing. We offer it in a convenient and practical 500ml bottle.
