Who we are

Welcome to Abruzzo, more precisely to Colle Rotondo, a 250-meter-high hill, a short distance from the sea (about 2 km).

Here nature dominates the landscape and time seems to pass more slowly.

Between the sea and the mountains, a land to be protected.

Our climate is mild, with many sunny days that make us appreciate the view even more, with a glimpse of the sea on one side, and the mountains on the other (Majella and Gran Sasso).

Even on the greyest days, however, the sandy soil of our fields and vineyards reminds us that a few million years ago the sea reached this area, as evidenced by the presence of marine fossils on our land.

Caring for our land is a passion before a job, primarily managed by our family (second and third generations). We take care of approximately 20 hectares of land, 15 of which are vineyards and the remainder are olive groves, fruit trees, vegetables, and arable land.

From the territory to the people.

The passion that drives us to care for and promote our region is the same that allows us to welcome people to our farmhouse for lunch or to spend their holidays with us, as well as to share our land's stories thousands of kilometers away through our strictly organic wine and olive oil.

For us, respect for the land means organic farming, biodiversity, but also clean energy. That's why we've invested in a photovoltaic system that allows us to produce all the energy we need throughout the year.

Roots that become family.

Ours is a family story, made of hands in the land, of tables set with food, and of passion passed down from generation to generation. Every day we work together to preserve what we have inherited and to welcome those who choose to share this journey with us. Behind every vineyard, every dish, and every bottle are people, faces, and deep bonds: this is our family today.

Our family today is made up of:

Our mother Giuseppina, (known to all as Pina), is the one who has taken care of the vegetable garden, our farmyard animals, the fresh pasta and bread for over 20 years and… (we could go on and on)

Our father Giuseppe, who took over the reins from our grandfather Domenico (the founder), today oversees the growth of the vineyards but also, when we are at the farmhouse, our traditional barbecue.

Marco will be your contact at the farmhouse; whether you come through our doors to celebrate an occasion or to spend your holidays, he will take care of welcoming you from breakfast to dinner.

Luca oversees everything that happens in our winery, from harvesting the grapes to bottling the wines. He's the most introverted of the three, but his manual skills would be the envy of many carpenters (he's made many of our products himself).

Lorenzo, the youngest of three brothers, after 10 years of working outside the region, has decided to "return home." That's a manner of speaking, because you'll likely find him traveling the world sharing the unique features of our Abruzzo.
